Luis Victori Interior Designers

My name is Luis Victori and I am a Spanish-born Architect and Interior Designer.

I hold a Master's Degree in Architecture (MArch) from the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as a Master's Degree in Interior Design from Elisava, School of Design and Engineering, and a Master's Degree in Architecture from ETSAV, Superior Technical School of Architecture, both in Barcelona, Spain.  I am also LEED AP BD+C certified.

I have several post-graduated certifications in Rehabilitation, Green Architecture, Quality of Life, Health and Climate Change as well as in Energy Conservation.

This educational background has equipped me with a wide range of knowledge and points of view and has allowed me to take a holistic approach to designing and building so I pay as much attention to the building itself as to the smallest details.

I am knowledgeable about various design concepts, techniques, and processes as well as communicating with vendors and clients, developing comprehensive plans and 3D models, dealing with materials and products, lighting, furniture, construction systems, FF&E selections, specifications and documentation, and, in general, in handling the demands of an interior design, architecture and urban design office.

While working in Spain, France, Austria, and now in the United States I had, and now I am having many opportunities to demonstrate the aforementioned skills, enthusiasm, and creativity in a variety of projects ranging from Furniture Design, Space Planing Design, Interior Design, Single Family Houses' Rehabilitation and Enlargements to the complete design of  Single-Family Houses (the most of them achieving high levels of sustainability), Multifamily Buildings, and Public Buildings.

I am currently practicing in New Haven, CT.

I understand architecture and design as a language that must be provocative, influential and welcoming, as well as capable of creating multisensory experiences in ourselves.

Experimentation is the key; anticipation is a necessity; progress is the goal; reality is what makes architecture more human and fantasy more innovative...

Users, identities, needs, and personal experiences are our reason to start working.
